Anthony : Hi Hafidz, how are you?

Hafidz    : Hi, great. Anyway, are you busy now? I think I have something to discuss with you.

Anthony : Sure. I’m free now. Let’s find a cozy place and take some coffee.

Hafidz    : alright then, I know a famous coffee shop near here.

Anthony : ok, may be you can start telling me about your problem.

Hafidz    : actually, it’s hard for me to decide what should I start with.

Anthony : never mind, just start it.

Hafidz    : ok, I have a big problem in my company.

Anthony : wait wait, let me guess. Is it about your employees?

Hafidz    : Yeeeeessss. How could you know that?

Anthony : It’s simple dude, a lot of companies have been facing a problem with their employees

               since this year. Not only you but also my company has a same problem.

Hafidz    : So, what did you you do?

Anthony : Well, what’s your employees want? Increase their salary?

Hafidz    : Yaa, moreover they want the company increase other allowances like health allowance, \

               life allowance, insurance, transportation allowance, and many more. How can we satisfy 

               their wishes whereas a lot of demands they want and the company profits are still low?

Anthony : Hmmm, it’s a little bit complicated dude, but I think you have to discuss it clearly with 

               your employees.

Hafidz    : I have did that before, but there was no agreement both of us till now. How do you think

               if I threatened to fire them?

Anthony : Wow, don’t do that. You will make them angry and that is not a wise solution. Think 

                again, if you fire them your company can not produce again, right? And your business 

                will end and go bankruptcy.

Hafidz    : No no, I mean I will not fire all of them. Just some of the people who rebelled against 

               the company, and it will make other employees are afraid to do the same thing.

Anthony : Hmmm. My Business teacher said, “if you want to win a competition, you have to 

               exercise hard, coorporate with your partner, and know the enemy”. 

               You know it means, don’t you?

Hafidz    : Ok, I got it. Thanks for the solution dude. As my parent said that i will be one of the 

               best manager in the world, now I will make it comes true.

Anthony : Oh that is great. Good luck my best friend.

Hafidz    : Thanks, you too.
